Duties and Responsibilities of Yes-o officers
PRESIDENT:
1. Preside over all meetings or may designate another officer to preside a specific meeting;
2. Enforce the Constitution and By-Laws of Yes-O and other rules and regulations that may be promulgated;
3. Sign all official minutes, correspondence and other official papers of the YES-O;
4. Represent the YES-O or designate his/her representative to any external or internal affairs of functions; and
5. Perform such other functions inherent to his/her office.
CHRISTIAN ANDREI G. NARITO

VICE-PRESIDENT:
1. Assist the president in all matters where his assistance is necessary;
2. Assume the office of the president should the position become vacant;
3. Supervise members in planning and arranging meetings or programs of activities;
4. Perform such other duties assigned by the president of the YES-O executive committee.
ALLIYAH KEITHLY M. REYES
YES-O VICE-PRESIDENT
SECRETARY:
1. Keep accurate records of the minutes and proceedings of every meetings;
2. Keep all files of all pertinent documents and papers of the YES-O and make them accessible to all the members.
3. Call and prepare all notices of YES-O meetings;
4. Head the YES-O secretariat;
5. Perform such other duties assigned by the president or YES-O executive committee.
IVY NOREEN C. AVES

TREASURER:
1. Keep all financial records of the YES-O;
2. Serve as the disbursing officer of all YES-O funds;
3. Prepare the annual budget of the YES-o;
4. Prepare financial reports every month, after an activity and at the end of the term;
5. Formulate pertinent financial guidelines for the organization;
6. Perform such other duties assigned by the president and executive committee.
FRANCES ANN J. YULA
YES-O TREASURER
AUDITOR:
1. Certify the legitimacy and correctness of the disbursement funds;
2. Audit all expenditures of the YES-O funds;
3. Assist the treasurer in promulgating guidelines and reports;
4. Keep and update inventory of all the property of the YES-O;
5. Perform such other duties assigned by the president and executive committee.
MARY GRACE C. PONCIANO

BUSINESS MANAGER:

2. Act as disciplinary officer, if needed; and
