The duties and responsibilities of Imus National High School Parents and Teachers Association (INHS-PTA) in line with the School-Based Management (SBM) are as follows:
- To promote quality education through quality service.
- Promote healthy learning environment for students.
- Help the school in preparation, monitoring and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP).
- Become active members of the School Governing Council (SGC) in the preparation and implementation of the School Annual Improvement Plan.
- Assist the administration to elevate the performance of the school.
- Serve as channel of information between the school and the parents.
- Ensure the proper functioning of different school committees involve in school management.
